ONLINE EXCHANGES PURCHASE POLICY

In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase, simply bring your item(s) to the nearest GS store along with your invoice.
Items can be exchanged exclusively at GS stores branches across Lebanon. (GS Downtown, GS ABC Verdun, GS ABC Achrafieh, GS Junior ABC Achrafieh, GS Dbayeh, GS ABC Dbayeh, GS Dunes Center, GS Galaxy Center, GS Hamra, GS The Spot Saida, GS Tripoli).

In addition Bossini items can be exchanged at all Bossini stores across Lebanon. (Bossini Tripoli, Bossini Kaslik, Bossini City Mall, Bossini City Centre Beirut, Bossini The Spot Choueifat).

  • We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition.
  • Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
  • For Full-price/Sale/Promotion Merchandise: Exchange within 18 days of purchase date.
  • Underwear, Swimwear and bikini bottoms items are not exchangeable.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards.
  • Exchanges are for free and are subject to stock availability.
  • Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.

Items can be refunded exclusively at GS stores branches across Lebanon. (GS Downtown, GS ABC Verdun, GS ABC Achrafieh, GS Junior ABC Achrafieh, GS Dbayeh, GS ABC Dbayeh, GS Dunes Center, GS Galaxy Center, GS Hamra, GS The Spot Saida, GS Tripoli).

Bossini items can be refunded exclusively at Bossini stores across Lebanon. (Bossini Tripoli, Bossini Kaslik, Bossini City Mall, Bossini City Centre Beirut, Bossini The Spot Choueifat).

  • Refund is accepted within 10 days of purchase date.

  • Refunds will be made at purchase price and will exclude delivery charges.
  • The name on the ID card should be the same name appearing on the Credit Card used on purchase and the Customer name on the receipt.
  • Gift purchases cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.

FAULTY GOODS

  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as per above refund terms. Simply return the faulty goods to any of our GS point of sales within 10 days from purchase date.
  • Where possible and upon your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund as per above refund terms.
  • If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, you can do that at any of our GS point of sales.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your GS account.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

In case you would like to exchange your recent home decor e-purchase, simply bring your item(s) to GS Storey Downtown, GS Storey Dbayeh, GS Storey Hamra or GS Storey ABC Verdun branches along with your invoice. Items can be exchanged exclusively at previously listed GS Storey Branches.
We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition.
Returned items must not be used, washed, damaged, nor altered.
For Full-price/ Sale/ Promotion Merchandise: Exchange within 18 days of purchase date; noting that any exchange will be based on the current selling price of the merchandise.
Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards or clothing items. They can only be exchanged with products available at GS Storey.
Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and returns are for free and are subject to stock availability.
