HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping through the GS website is easy: You can purchase any item from the men, women or kids sections. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'Add To Cart’ button on the product page. Review the items in your cart by clicking on the “Bag Icon” at the top of the page or in the “Account” section. Once you are inside your cart, you can edit the color, size and quantity, or even remove one of the items chosen. Before proceeding to checkout: You need to register and create a new account by simply filling your email address, phone number and password in the “Account” section. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

In order to shop through the website, you need to register and create a new account: Simply fill your email address, phone number and password to create an account. If you are already a Rewards Cardholder, you will automatically be logged in to our “Rewards Program” section in “Account”. You will be able to accumulate points on your balance with every purchase online and benefit from extra discounts on special occasions. If you are not a Rewards Cardholder you can register through the “Registration” section in “Account” to be able to benefit from extra discounts on special occasions and from preferential services all year round.

They can be purchased at any GS point-of-sale and redeemed online by entering the 13-digit code on the back of the card.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You can cancel an item, change the size or even edit the billing or shipping details prior to the payment.However, once the order has been placed, we will not be able to add pieces to an existing order or cancel it.

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES GS SHIP TO?

The shipments are restricted to the Lebanese territory. You may however purchase from any country abroad, indicating a local delivery address.

HOW LONG WOULD THE DELIVERY SERVICE TAKE AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST?

The delivery service is usually within 1 to 3 working days following the purchase order. An additional fee of LBP 9,000 will be added to your total purchase amount as a delivery fee. However, any purchase equal to or exceeding LBP 99,000 will result in free delivery. Free shipping is also offered on a promotional basis.

Our delivery service is through Aramex and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care. Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.

Items can be exchanged exclusively at GS stores branches across Lebanon. (GS ABC Achrafieh, GS Junior ABC Achrafieh, GS Dbayeh, GS ABC Dbayeh, GS Dunes Center, GS Galaxy Center, GS Hamra, GS The Spot Saida, GS Tripoli). -We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition. -Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered. -For Full-price Merchandise: Exchange within 18 days of purchase date. -For Sale/Promotion Merchandise: Exchange within 10 days of purchase date. -Underwear, Swimwear and bikini bottoms items are not exchangeable. -All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. -Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards. - Exchanges are for free and are subject to stock availability. - Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
