How do I make a purchase?

Shopping through the GS website is easy: You can purchase any item from the men, women or kids sections. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'Add To Cart’ button on the product page. Review the items in your cart by clicking on the “Bag Icon” at the top of the page or in the “Account” section. Once you are inside your cart, you can edit the color, size and quantity, or even remove one of the items chosen. Before proceeding to checkout: You need to register and create a new account by simply filling your email address, phone number and password in the “Account” section. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

In order to shop through the website, you need to register and create a new account: Simply fill your email address, phone number and password to create an account. If you are already a Rewards Cardholder, you will automatically be logged in to our “Rewards Program” section in “Account”. You will be able to accumulate points on your balance with every purchase online and benefit from extra discounts on special occasions. If you are not a Rewards Cardholder you can register through the “Registration” section in “Account” to be able to benefit from extra discounts on special occasions and from preferential services all year round.

What should I do if I've forgotten my login credentials?

Simply follow the “Forgot Password” instructions on the ”Sign In” page or kindly contact HSTCo customer support at Customer Support or by phone at 00961- 1-35 30 35 – Extension 151 - 152.

Will my personal information be kept confidential?

What payment methods do the website accept and is it safe for me to use my credit card online?

Payments are accepted through both Visa and MasterCard, as well as the GS online shopping cards available at any GS point-of-sale. The transactions through both Visa and MasterCard are carried out through a secure checkout system provided by Net Commerce.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

You can cancel an item, change the size or even edit the billing or shipping details prior to the payment. However, once the order has been placed, we will not be able to add pieces to an existing order or cancel it.

Refunds

In case you would like to request a refund against your recent e-purchase, simply bring your item(s) to the nearest GS store along with your invoice, ID Card and Credit Card used on purchase. Items can be refunded exclusively at GS stores branches across Lebanon. (GS ABC Achrafieh, GS ABC Verdun, GS Dbayeh, GS Hamra, GS The Spot Saida, GS Tripoli). -We will gladly refund items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition. -Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered. - Refund is accepted within 10 days of purchase date. -Underwear, Swimwear and bikini bottoms items are not refundable. - All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. - Refunds will be made at purchase price and will exclude delivery charges. -The name on the ID card should be the same name appearing on the Credit Card used on purchase and the Customer name on the receipt. - Gift purchases cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.

What countries does GS ship to?

The shipments are restricted to the Lebanese territory. You may however purchase from any country abroad, indicating a local delivery address.

How long would the delivery service take and how much would it cost?

The delivery service is usually within 3 to 5 working days following the purchase order. Free shipping for all orders, minimum order value 29 USD. Free shipping is also offered on a promotional basis.

Will my order be safe and secure?

Our delivery service is through Aramex and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care. Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your Aramex airway bill number. This will enable you to track your purchase at www.aramex.com

What should I do in case I would like to exchange or return?

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. -If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as per above refund terms. Simply return the faulty goods to any of our GS point of sales within 18 days from purchase date. -Where possible and upon your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund as per above refund terms. -If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, you can do that at any of our GS point of sales.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your GS account.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Exclusively for online exchanges, a 3 USD shipping fee will be added to each exchange.

When is my credit card charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, which will appear on your credit/debit card statement.
